A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On May 4, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for an injury by the Seoul Northern District Court. On December 21, 2018, the above judgment became final and conclusive.

"2018 Highest 3515"

1. On April 14, 2018, at the main point of the building B in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, and the second floor “C” located in the second floor, the Defendant: (a) performed a fighting with the victim D (the age of 51) by drinking alcohol; (b) carried the body attached to each other with the victim as a matter of age; (c) carried a beer disease, which is a dangerous object, carried the victim’s face and 10cm in length, with the beer’s shouldered the beer’s face and the left bottom of the left part.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and inflicted an injury on the victim during treatment days.

2. On the date specified in Paragraph 1, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim E at the main point of “C” operated by the victim E, as set forth in Paragraph 1, by having the customers who were at the main point of the relevant location by avoiding disturbance, such as marking the victim by beer disease, which is a dangerous object with D and Si reserve, as set forth in Paragraph 1, and thereby obstructing the victim’s bar business by force for about 10 minutes.

1. On June 13, 2018, at around 06:00 on June 13, 2018, the Defendant: (a) had a golf bond ( approximately 120cm in length) that is a dangerous thing in his/her hand at the victim G (63 years of age)’s residence in Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu’s Seoul Special Metropolitan City Frox; (b) had a golf bond ( approximately 120cm in length), and had the victim with the said golf bond, thereby making the string owned by the victim, and attached the said string to the repair cost.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and damaged the victim's property.

2. Special assault Defendant continued to do so at the same date, time, and place as above Paragraph 1 above, saying, “A drug is changed,” and “I will die at galk,” and, as the victim’s head was blick, the victim’s head was flicked with the above golf loan.

This is a dangerous thing.
