A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant agreed to receive 50% of the loans, with the knowledge of the fact that the process of confirming documents issued by the National Bank from the National Pension Service through Internet lending advertising is to prevent loans to low-income workers or small-scale businessmen by forging the above documents, and then receive 50% of the loans.

On March 17, 2013, the Defendant called “B” and sent the name, resident registration number, address, contact number, etc. of the Defendant to “B” and then sent them to “B”, and “C” to “D respectively, using it, forging the business registration certificate, the certificate of subscription for pension calculation, and the certificate of national pension premium payment, and forging “C”, respectively, and around March 18, 2013, B sent the following forged documents to “B” and added the outline of action at the time of the application for the loan to the Defendant.

In this regard, the above Defendant submitted to the employee in charge of the lending of nameless loans at the sub-branch of the national bank as if the above forged documents were duly formed.

Accordingly, in collusion with B, C, and D, the Defendant applied for a loan by making a false statement to a staff member in charge of lending a sublime branch of the Victim's National Bank. The Defendant acquired 4 million won from the victim's branch to the national bank account under the name of the Defendant on the same day, and acquired it by transfer from the victim's branch to the national bank account under the name of the Defendant.
