On March 10, 2020, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 640,000 won from the victim to the P account under the name of the Defendant on March 10, 2020, and acquired 4,706,000 won in total from June 4, 2020 through the above method as shown in the attached crime list 1.

1. On June 11, 2020, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that “I will send money, if you send money, I will send the said game machine.”

However, in fact, the Defendant was planned to use the said game machine for personal purposes by receiving money from the victim and did not actually have the said game machine, so even if receiving money from the victim, the Defendant did not have an intent or ability to send the said game machine as agreed.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 200,000 won as the price for goods from the victim to the R account under the name of the Defendant on the same day.
