Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Justice] On May 31, 2013, Defendant E was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for special larceny in the same court on May 31, 2013 and completed the execution of the sentence in Busan Prison on March 15, 2014.

1. Defendants A and B conspired to steals money and valuables against those who are used on the street at night due to the influence of alcohol at night. At around 02:05, May 15, 2009, Defendant B reported the network to the victim J who was locked on the street in the south-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S. H. on May 15, 2009. Defendant A stolen property equivalent to KRW 7,648,000 in total over 15 times, as stated in the attached list of crimes (1) from that time, Defendant A took off a credit card with the victim’s main money, one debit card, one resident registration certificate, and one resident registration certificate from that time to June 26, 2014.
As a result, the defendants stolen the victims' articles 15 times together.
2. On May 4, 2014, Defendant D, C, and E conspiredd to steal money and valuables against those who are boomed on the street at night, and discovered the victim N who was diving under the influence of alcohol in front of the entrance of a restaurant located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, while driving on the vehicle by Defendant D around 03:20 on May 4, 2014, Defendant D discovered the victim N, who was under the influence of alcohol at night. Defendant E found that the CCTV was installed in the surrounding areas; Defendant C confirmed whether the victim was boomed; Defendant D confirmed whether the victim was boomed; Defendant D was boomed with the victim’s 2 million won in cash, which was 200,000 won in total from that date until July 12, 2014, as indicated in the attached list of crimes (2).
As a result, the defendants stolen the victims' articles on seven occasions together.
