The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On July 13, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 18:20 on July 13, 2019, on the elevator of the “Yanpoma Society” in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, 8:14-ro 8-ro 14-ro, the Defendant used the time room for the elevator of the elevator, where the victim B (n, 66 years of age) and the elevator space were opened in order to wait for the land remaining in the space; and (b) assaulted the victim’s right hand before the elevator of the sixth floor of the above building

2. Determination

(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;

(b) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.

C. On June 8, 2020, after the prosecution of this case, indication of victim's non-existence of punishment

(d) Judgment dismissing public prosecution (Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act);
