Nevertheless, from May 1, 2017 to July 2, 2017, the Defendant borrowed the number of technicians necessary for the registration and maintenance, etc. of the limited liability company D's specialized construction business from A to F's career certificate of construction technology in order to have the number of technicians formally.

3. A, the representative director of Defendant C Co., Ltd., borrowed the F’s career certificate of construction technology in relation to the company’s business, as described in paragraph (1).

4. B, the representative director of Defendant D Limited Company D, borrowed the F’s career certificate of construction technology from the F’s name on the company’s business, as described in paragraph 2.
