1. At night, the Defendant is a person who works as an employee in the “D gas station” located in Gumi-si, which is operated by the victim B. A.

On March 23, 2013, the Defendant served as an employee for about one week at the above gas station, and the victim rejected the request. However, around March 23, 2013, the Defendant opened an entrance in the door up to the door door door door in front of the above gas station office around March 23, 2013, and intruded into the door, and cut off with the cash owned by the victim and the cargo welfare credit card (credit card number (F) owned by the victim E.

B. On April 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stolen cash and credit cards as mentioned in the foregoing paragraph (a) and was discovered to have used them; and (b) subsequently, (c) requested the victim to change the monthly wage during the period without compensating the victim B for the damage; (d) but (e) rejected the request; (b) on April 3, 2013, the Defendant invaded the aforementioned gas station with the same method as the foregoing paragraph (a); (c) stolen the cash owned by the victim in his/her safe; and (d) stolen the victim’s bank cargo welfare credit card (the card number: H) owned by the victim, with the victim’s bank.

2. On March 24, 2013, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) paid the victim an alcoholic beverage value at the main point of “J” operated by the victim with no knowledge of the name of Gumisisi, and (b) provided a stolen E credit card under the name of the victim, such as paragraph (a), and (c) exempted the victim from signing a false sales slip and paying an alcoholic beverage amounting to KRW 134,00,000, as indicated in the separate list of crimes, and (d) used the stolen credit card under the name of E from around that time to April 31, 2013.
