A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

A. On April 29, 2013, the Defendant, along with D, presented the credit card in the name of the said G to the employee who was in possession of G as if he was G on April 29, 2013, and signed the sales slip, and acquired it by fraud from the employee, and used stolen credit cards.

In collusion with C, the Defendant acquired property equivalent to KRW 188,900 in total using the G’s modernM credit card in the same manner as written in the attached list of crimes (1) and used stolen credit cards.

A.
