1. The defendant
A. The judgment No. 1-A, B at night structure intrusion larceny, 2-A larceny, and 8-A.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On September 2, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for fraud in the Hongsung Branch of the Daejeon District Court, and the judgment was finalized on November 18, 2010, and on December 23, 2011, the period of parole passed on April 8, 2012.

1. Night-time theft of buildings;
A. At around 04:00 on December 16, 2009, the Defendant: (a) opened a window that was not corrected by creshing and neglecting management in the “F fishery products” warehouse operated by the victim E in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun; and (b) intruded the CCTV with a white lock, and stored in a water tank after breaking the CCTV into a white lock, the Defendant stolen the 10,000 total market value of the above victim’s possession, which was KRW 10,000,000 (total 100,000 gg).
B. At around 03:55 on January 18, 2010, the Defendant: (a) laid down the victim at the above place; (b) cut the vinyl tent into a shot hole by using a cresh in which management was neglected; and (c) laid down the plastic tent into a shot hole; and (d) laid down the 6 shot stuffs (f.g., approximately 60 km) with the total market price owned by the said victim, which was kept in a shot tank, and loaded the shot f.m. on active vehicles.
2. Larceny;
A. At around 04:05 on January 18, 2010, the Defendant, who was parked in the F parking lot for “F” in the operation of the above victim, stolen the vehicle heat of the said victim’s G MT 2.5 tons listed in the G MT 2.5 tons of the G MT 2.5 tons of the GM, leaving the dong and driving the vehicle, thereby cutting down the said active vehicle with the market price of KRW 23 million.
B. Around 00:00 on May 25, 2012, the Defendant: (a) parked in the street above “I” located in H, i; (b) was a motor vehicle key displayed at a truck with one ton of the freight truck owned by the Victim J, which was parked in the street above, and was driving the motor vehicle at a speed of one ton of the freight truck, and thereby thefting the above cargo vehicle in an amount of KRW 2 million at the market price by driving.
C. On December 14, 2012, the Defendant was parked at a “agricultural and fishery products market” parking lot located in Ansan-si 528, Ansan-si, 01:00.
