A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum term of two years and six months, and a short term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime
"2019 Highest 2155"
1. Larceny;
A. At around 01:50 on November 9, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was parked in the Yansan-gu Bargu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and took a theft with one of the keys of the F E-owned market price of the victim E-owned vehicle in the vehicle.
B. Around 02:02 on November 9, 2019, the Defendant: (a) 02:02; (b) driven by the victim E-owned vehicle, which was parked at the same time, using the key of the stolen vehicle, with the FE vehicle’s market value of KRW 3 million, as described in the preceding paragraph, was stolen.
C. On November 21, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a door at the H building parking lot in Seojin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seojin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on November 21, 2019; (b) opened a door at the victim I’s market price equivalent to KRW 14 million on his/her own; and (c) used smart key in his/her own vehicle to walk for a city and drive the said vehicle for theft.
At around 22:22 on November 21, 2019, the Defendant opened a door that was parked at the front parking lot of the first floor of the Seoul-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, with the victim’s NMW 5 Simp car located therein, and stolen the Defendant with one unclaimed wall in the city where each one of the O card, P card, identification card, etc. on the victim’s ownership was located in the vehicle.
E. On November 21, 2019, around 22:24, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was parked in the front parking lot of the first floor of the above KK building; and (b) carried 50,000 won in cash owned by the victim in the vehicle and a wall that contains credit cards, etc. on the market price.
2. Special larceny;
A. On November 25, 2019, the Defendant, along with S (13) around 19:40 on November 25, 2019, did not lock the vehicle of 50 million won from V-Apurt-Wurt-Wurg-Wurg-Wurg-Wurg-gu T apartment parking lot in Seongdong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
