Punishment of the crime

At around 22:50 on October 8, 2014, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by 20 minutes of 20 minutes including, without any justifiable reason, the following: (a) the victim, who was under the supervision of the Seoul Gangseo-gu Police Station D Zone E, the victim, who was sent after receiving a report from the Defendant, 112 that the Defendant laid clothes in front of the Cju shop located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (b) the victim, who was under the supervision of the D Zone E, the Seoul Gangseo-gu Police Station D Zone E, who was working for the victim.
