The defendant is a person driving a radar car.

On August 12, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car at a section of about 20 meters in the underground parking lot of Hanam-ro 110, Hanam-ro, Hanam-ro, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.105% among blood transfusions on August 12, 2016.
