A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is engaged in driving a Bchip car owned by the K Dog Capital Co., Ltd.

1. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) driven the above vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.05% on June 8, 2018 at around 05:38, while driving the above vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.053% on blood, and driving the three-lane road on the front side of the Seoul Dongdaemun-gu, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, Seoul, “Dongbub loan” level of 110, the two-lane road was driven at an irregular speed depending on the remote distance from the front side of rice, rice, etc.
