On March 10, 2017, at around 01:15, the Defendant driven a BV vehicle under the influence of alcohol content concentration of 0.070% from 10% to 200 meters to 300 meters to 400 meters to 400 meters to 300 meters to 400 meters to 400 meters to 30.15.
