A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

From March 27, 2008 to November 21, 2012, the Defendant was a person who was a representative director of a company established for the purpose of software development business, etc., which was merged into G on November 21, 2012, and currently served as the head of G of a company.

On April 19, 2010, the Defendant participated in the 305 Hague-ro 305 (former 701-7), the office of the Victim Technology Advancement Institute located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Technology Center, through H, the responsible researcher of the FF, and entered the office of the Victim Technology Advancement Institute in charge of the Victim Technology Advancement Institute for the period of 39 months from October 1, 2010 to December 31, 2013, as “the European High-Tech Joint Research Plan” in which the 19 countries in the Ministry of Knowledge Economy participated in to enhance the capacity of Europe, Korea has entered as a quasi-member state on June 19, 2009, and the Korea Institute of Technology (former Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy) with 1,097,75,75,000 won in charge of the relevant business as the U.S. official secretariat, and submitted 30% of the Government’s contribution, planning and general development participation rate (public participation rate) and development participation rate (30%).

However, in fact, the Defendant was scheduled to pay the amount equivalent to 24% of the government contributions (research funds) to the Director of the Korea Industrial Technology Promotion Association Sc. (Detention charges due to the violation of the Attorney-at-Law Act on December 27, 2013) on the grounds of the solicitation of the researcher in charge of the Korea Industrial Technology Advancement Institute, etc., and paid to the Institute among the government contributions (research funds).
