1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and six months;

Punishment of the crime

[Attachment] From around 2007, Defendant A established and operated a software (integrated automatic recovery system) development and supply business from Defendant B, a engineering service company located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government CD (hereinafter “B”). When the head of a main research institute receives contributions, he/she shall establish a separate account and obtain a credit card or debit card connected to the said account and use research and development funds with prior approval from the research expense management system (htp:/cleco-ms. re-.kr). He/she shall not receive contributions by unlawful means or use them differently from the purpose, and the new personnel expenses for the research task shall be the government subsidy in accordance with the participation ratio (%).
