The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On January 8, 2017, the Defendant sent a text message stating that the victim D, who was a former wife, at the 2nd church of Gwangju Mine-gu, would be subject to criticism and confluence to the new church.

For the reason that the believerss of churches do not leave a church, they set the shoulders of both the victims and assaulted on the wall 5 to 6 times.

2. Determination of the above facts charged is a case in which a public prosecution cannot be instituted against the express intent of the victim under Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act. The records reveal that the victim expressed his/her intent not to punish the defendant on September 6, 2017, which was after the prosecution of this case. Thus, the public prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327(6) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
