A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a person driving Cststststa taxi, was aware that he was a young female passenger who was drunk in front of the Samduk Fire Station in Daegu-gu, and was willing to commit indecent act by force.

1.
