C and A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1.5 million, and by a fine of KRW 500,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. 피고인 A의 단독범행 - 명예훼손 피고인 A은 2011. 6. 6. 경 광주 동구 G 101호부터 1312호 등 120세대 우편함에, 사실은 입주자대표회의 회장인 H과 임원들인 I, J이 특정 회사와 수의계약을 체결하여 리베이트를 받으려 한 적이 없음에도, ‘염불보다 잿밥-엘리베이터 교체’라는 제목하에 “엘리베이터를 교체하기도 전에 특정회사에 리베이트와 고철 판 돈을 달라고 했다, 수의계약을 해서 리베이트를 먹으려는 수작이다, 회장 H과 임원들은 엘리베이터가 낡았고, 내구연한이 지났으며, 주민들의 안전이 염려된다는 이유를 들어 교체하려고 한다, 거짓말이다”라는 등을 기재한 유인물을 만들어 투입해 놓아 그 유인물을 입주자들에게 보게 하여 공연히 허위사실을 적시하여 H과 J의 명예를 훼손하였다.

2. Defendant A and C’s joint act of defamation -

A. The officers shall be elected by combining the blank Delegation of Residents (the blank Delegation shall be illegal) with a 20-distance 20 marn20 marbs prior to the general meeting;

The Chairperson and executive officers shall have the right to decide on the projects from the election of executive officers to the center for senior citizens.
