On June 14, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspension of execution on August 30, 201 due to occupational embezzlement in the resident support of the Daegu District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 30, 201.

The Defendant, who had been engaged in the business of purchasing fertilizers at the NA branch in 2008 and was residing at the NA branch in the year of 2008, was aware of the victim by making a fertilizer transaction with the FF agency in the operation of the victim E while taking charge of the above business. The Defendant did not purchase or process fertilizers from the victim but did not intend to pay the price to the above NA, and was thought to have been arbitrarily used for personal purposes, such as recording the account book and real stocking the amount of the price. However, the Defendant, as the previous ordinary transaction, had NA issued 390,000 won by deceiving the victim to receive the fertilizer by deceiving the victim as if NA would use the fertilizer and pay the price in normal manner, and had NA deliver the price to the victim as a warehouse at the NAD branch in 2008, and then received the total amount of 39,000 won from the victim to the NA402,396,969,790 won through the above 396,7969.7.
