Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 14, 2011, the Defendant agreed to manage Samsung Foreign Investment D points in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and to distribute profits accrued therefrom one half together with the victim after acquiring Samsung Foreign Investment D points with the money received from the said victim.

On the same day, the defendant was transferred 2.5 million won from the victim to the defendant's account for the victim and embezzled by using the defendant's expenses for attracting customers at that time.
