A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

On March 20, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 700,000 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Suwon District Court on March 20, 201, and a fine of KRW 1 million for the same crime at the Suwon District Court on June 8, 2016.

On April 27, 2019, the Defendant, as a person who violated the Road Traffic Act two times, driven a section of about 300 meters from the Gu from the Subdivision to the front of the D Building in the state of drinking alcohol concentration of 0.114% (on the day of the day of the day of the week) around April 27, 2019.
