On October 12, 2011, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2.5 million by the Suwon District Court due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

Nevertheless, at around 13:23 on May 13, 2020, the Defendant driven a section of about 1 km from Suwon-si C to the bottom distance near Suwon-si, Suwon-si, in a state of drunk alcohol content of 0.094%.
