Punishment of the crime

On November 28, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 700,000 by the Suwon District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 2 million by the same court on March 12, 2010.

On 00:36 around 27, 2014, the Defendant driven BM5 car at a 100-meter range from the later side of the 's 'Yaewun Apartment apartment' located in the Yaeung-gu Gaeung-gu, Gidong-gu, Gidong-si' after the 0.181% of the blood alcohol level.
