Punishment of the crime

On July 9, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months for fraud in the Suwon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on November 5, 2015.

around February 26, 2016, the Defendant used a computer by entering the EPC bank managed by the victim D of the victim C and the second floor in Osan-si on February 26, 2016.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the PC user fee because there is no money in water.

On February 23, 2016, around 11:27, the Defendant, despite having no intent or ability to pay the price in the HPC bank managed by the victim G in the Young-gu F and the third floor in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, used the PC bank for about 30 hours and did not pay KRW 29,200, thereby acquiring the same amount of pecuniary benefits.

On April 7, 2016, around 16:00, the Defendant: (a) had no intent or ability to pay the price in the KPC operated by the Victim J in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu; (b) by deceiving the victim and using the PC for about 25 hours; and (c) failed to pay KRW 24,600, the Defendant acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount.

3. Around 01:00 on April 9, 2016, the Defendant, despite the absence of the intent or ability to pay the price from the NPC managed by the victim M of the victim on the south-gu L and the second floor in the Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, 2016, by deceiving the victim and using the PC for about 14 hours, and by failing to pay KRW 26,400, the Defendant acquired the same amount of monetary benefits.

The Defendant used computers from March 2, 2016 to March 4, 2016, by entering the victim P in Pyeongtaek-siO as if he/she would pay the fare, and using computers from the PC bank managed by the victim P in Pyeongtaek-si from March 2, 2016 to March 03:00.

However, the Defendant is paying money in fact.
