Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

On June 30, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Tax Offenses Act at the District Court on June 30, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 8, 2016.

No one shall register any real right to real estate in the name of the trustee under the title of the trust agreement.

1. On May 12, 2011, the Defendant, as the representative director of the Co., Ltd., the purpose of which is building business, real estate sale and lease business, etc. in B, was to newly construct E, an aggregate building in Duducheoncheon-si, an aggregate building in Do, and to obtain a loan from the said Co., Ltd., which is an aggregate building in Doducheon-si, for the purpose of lending money as a security for the said building acquired by the said Co., Ltd., but it was difficult due to lack of credit, the Defendant entered into a trust agreement with F, an employee of the said Co., Ltd. to complete the registration of ownership transfer of the said building No.

Therefore, the Defendant completed the registration of the transfer of ownership in the name of F, a trustee, on March 15, 201, at the Dobcheon District Court, 97, the Dongbcheon Registry, which was located in Dongbcheon-si, Dobcheon-si on May 12, 201.

2. Around November 21, 2014, the Defendant, who committed the crime of November 21, 2014, sought a loan to provide money by collateralizing the above land and building among the owners of G land and building in Dong-cheon-si. However, as the Defendant was unable to obtain the Defendant’s credit, the Defendant entered into a trust agreement with H to complete the registration of transfer of ownership of the above land and building in the name of H, with the completion of the registration of transfer of ownership between H, the land and building, and borrowed the name of the obligation for the loan therefrom.

Therefore, the Defendant completed the registration of the transfer of ownership in the name of H, a trustee, on September 25, 2014, at the Dong-gu District Court 97, Dong-gu District Court Dobcheon registry office located in Dong-gu, Dong-gu, 2014.
