Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall register any real right to real estate in the name of the trustee under the title of the trust agreement.

B. On March 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) registered the ownership transfer in the name of 12,311 square meters of land D; (b) 19,819 square meters of forest land; and (c) 1,296 square meters of forest land in the name of 2.8 square meters in the name of 19,819 square meters in the name of 3.3 square meters in the name of 19,819 square meters in the name of 19,819 square meters in the name of 3.3 square meters in the name of 19,819 square meters in the name of 3.3 square meters in the name of 19,81 square meters in the name of 3. The Defendant registered the ownership transfer in the name of 19,819,819 square meters in the name of 19,819 square meters in the name of 13.3 square meters in the name of 20.3 square meters in the name of 16.

As a result, the Defendant registered the real right to real estate in the name of the trustee under the title trust agreement in the name of J, K and the Defendant respectively.
