Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall register any real right to real estate in the name of the trustee under the title of the trust agreement.

On April 2012, the Defendant entered into a trust agreement in the name of the Defendant to register the transfer of ownership under the name of the Defendant with respect to part of the Gangseo-si Office Office D, the ownership of which was registered in the name of Gangwon-si Co., Ltd. in the name of Gangwon-si, which was registered in the name of Gangwon-si.

On May 18, 2012, the Defendant had B complete the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the Defendant with respect to the above officetels 712 in accordance with the trust agreement in the name of the original district court in the city of Gangwon-do.

In addition, the defendant had the defendant complete the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the defendant with respect to the total of six real estates, such as the list of crimes in the attached list.

Accordingly, the defendant completed the registration of transfer of ownership in accordance with the nominal trust agreement on six real estates.
