Punishment of the crime

At around 03:06 on May 1, 2020, the Defendant expressed the victim E, who was asked about the Defendant’s personal information, along with the instant case from the victim E, a police officer belonging to the Jeju District Police Station D Zone D (E, Nam, 43 years old), who was called “C” in front of the restaurant located in the Jeju Island B, with the report of 112, and who was asked about the Defendant’s personal information.

계속하여 피고인은 같은 피해자 F(남, 27세)에게 "너가 쓰레기 짓 하니까 반말한다. 너네처럼 싸가지 없는 새끼들이 어디 있어. 미친 또라이 새끼들 아냐 이거. 너네 부모님은 더해 새끼야"라고 욕설을 하였으며, 또한 피고인은 같은 피해자 G(남, 27세)에게 “이 미친 또라이 새끼들. D지구대 매일 전화해서 10번씩 민원 넣을게. 이 씨발놈들아 정복 벗고 붙자. 너네 부모님은 더해 새꺄"라고 욕설을 하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant insultd the victims openly.
