Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 03:40 on July 19, 2013, the Defendant interfered with business: (a) around 03:40, at the Ecafeteria restaurant operated by Jeju, the Defendant: (b) ordered the victim D (the 63-year-old age), and was drinking with F, which was under the influence of alcohol; and (c) when other customers were unable to bring a disturbance, F did not receive any money that would not be paid to the police or card size; (d) the Defendant did not immediately pay any funeral, and (e) did so so. The Defendant collected the victim of the drinking water boom that he was seated, and (e) laid down the victim with the T, she was able to do so.

Accordingly, the defendant in collusion with F and interfered with the victim's restaurant business.

2. Performance of official duties;

A. The Defendant, upon receiving a report from D on the date and time stated in paragraph (1), and on the foregoing grounds, obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties in relation to the investigation of a criminal investigation by committing a police officer’s crime by: (a) having a defect in arresting F as a flagrant offender; and (b) having left H’s shoulder part by hand; and (c) preventing a police officer from taking away the manual used by approximately five minutes of H, thereby hindering the police officer’s lawful performance of duties.

나. 피고인은 2013. 7. 19. 05:22경 제주서부경찰서 G지구대 사무실에서, 위와 같은 경위로 업무방해 등 혐의로 현행범인 체포되어 지구대 사무실에 인치되어 있던 중, 그곳에서 대기하며 상황근무 중에 있던 경찰관 순경 J 등에게 “좆같은 새끼들 다 죽여 버린다. 씨발 새끼들 너네 같은 새끼들 다 죽이고 나도 죽겠다. 언론에 너네 같은 새끼들 하는 짓거리 다 내보내서 너네 일 다 못하게 하겠다. 너네 같은 새끼는 경찰 자격도 없다. 똥꼬 쳐 먹은 새끼들”이라고 큰 소리로 욕설을 하였고, 의자에서 떨어진 피고인을 다시 앉혀주려던 순경 J의 오른쪽 허벅지...
