Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates Crash vehicles.

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such an automobile shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, around 10:40 on July 1, 2014, the registration number plate was parked on the front side of the D Building in light of the game, and it was difficult to identify the registration number plate by opening the front registration number plate of the said vehicle over dust hair and the rear door.
