Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a car in the Baol Islands.

No one shall cover a registration number plate of an automobile nor make it illegible.

Nevertheless, at around 17:45 on December 22, 2018, the Defendant parked the above vehicle on the front side of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and opened the front and rear registration license plate in a way of cutting off the front and rear front of the said vehicle, thereby making it difficult to distinguish the registration license plate.
