A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

At around 03:40 on July 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) reported 112 that a drunk person fright at a “Ccafeteria” located in the Northern-gu B at an port; and (b) recommended the police officer to return home to the Defendant, the police officer assigned to the Posi Police Station affiliated with the Ponding Police Station of the Ponding Police Station and the police officer called to the said place; (c) and (d) assaulted the police officer at three times the chest part of E, who was fright to have fright back to the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the maintenance of public peace and order.
