Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates the marriage brokerage business in the name of “C”.

No marriage broker shall indicate or advertise false or exaggerated contents.

No defendant has operated an international marriage broker in a foreign country.

Nevertheless, around 14, 2012, the Defendant made a false advertisement with the false or exaggerated content by inserting the phrase “C” Internet homepage (C) column, “the highest international marriage information company having a local branch office in the largest country (Rusia, China, Vietnam, the Philippines, Mongolia, and the Central Asia)” different from the objective facts in Korea, in order to recruit many members of the said company at the “C” office located in Ansan-si Office 715 of the member-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D building 715.
