The sentence of each sentence against the Defendants shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who operates an international marriage broker in the name of "C International Marriage", and Defendant B is a person who works for "C International Marriage" as a person who works for "C International Marriage", and there is no fact that he/she operated an international marriage broker (branch) in a foreign country, or entered into a contract with a local marriage broker who has reported and approved the foreign country, and there is no fact that he/she dispatched his/her "C International Marriage Employees" (employee) in the country concerned.

1. Nevertheless, around February 2013, the Defendant placed a false and exaggerated advertisement with the phrase “Local Branch (Administrative Team, Interpretation Team, Korean Language School, and Driving) of Vietnam,” which is different from objective facts, in the column of “Local Branch (Administrative Team, Interpretation Team, Korean Language School,” and “Local Branch (Local Branch, Interpretation Team, Administrative Team, and New Marriage Tour)” in order to publicize the said company at the Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, and 2nd International Marriage Office.

2. Defendant A, at the above date and place, committed a violation as set forth in the above paragraph (1) by the above Defendant B, who is an employee with respect to his duties.
