Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No marriage broker shall indicate or advertise false or exaggerated contents.

Nevertheless, around December 2012, the Defendant made a false or exaggerated advertisement by inserting the phrase “D’s Internet homepage (E)” that is different from objective facts in the column for company introduction in order to recruit more than one member of the said D office operated by the Defendant at Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu B Office (C Office), by inserting the phrase “D’s reliable international marriage promotion by entering into a contract or agreement with and entering into with a local branch of a foreign country (China) permitted and registered by each country with public knowledge, and by operating a reliable and reliable international marriage promotion by directly operating a local branch of a foreign country (China).”
