A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Railroad Safety Act shall interfere with the performance of duties of railroad workers by assaulting or threatening them;

Nevertheless, at around 17:00 on November 23, 2019, the Defendant attempted to purchase train passes by credit card at the ticket counter of the calendar station located in Ulsan-gu B, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, but did not settle the exceeding limit, thereby hindering the Defendant’s walling of the Defendant, who was faced with losses, from the face of D’s service cause, thereby assaulting the Defendant into the face of D, thereby interfering with the Defendant’s railroad employees in performing their duties, such as ticketing duties and passenger guidance.

2. On November 23, 2019, between 17:03 and 17:10 on November 23, 2019, the Defendant: (a) faced with the victim’s left face from the victim E (the South and the age of 22) at the location under paragraph (1); (b) assaulted the victim’s left side on one occasion; (c) assaulted the victim’s left side on one occasion; and (d) brought the victim’s left side buck back on one occasion; and (c) continuously fucked the Defendant into the victim’s left seat.

As a result, the defendant interfered with legitimate performance of duties such as passenger guide of victim E who is a social work personnel member, and puts the victim's left arms on the non-number of days of treatment.

3. The Defendant damaged each property by placing a card terminal amounting to KRW 528,00,00 in a glass window managed by the Korea Railroad Corporation of the victim on the ground of the occurrence of harmony at the time and place under paragraph (1). At the time and place under paragraph (2) of this Article, each property was damaged by placing the card terminal amounting to KRW 528,00 in a glass window.
