Defendant

A is a corporation established for the purpose of construction business, etc. in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and C is a safety and health manager who actually supervises safety and health management of workers at the E hospital construction site in the original city D from the above company.

1. C Violation of each industrial safety and health law;

Nevertheless, at the above site around February 19, 2020, C takes protective measures, such as a rail railing, at the above site, on the first floor elevator stud, in which workers might fall.
