A Co., Ltd. is a corporation established for the purpose of manufacturing synthetic resin in Kim Sea-si, and the defendant A is a representative director of the above corporation B, who is a person in charge of overall management of matters concerning safety and health of its employees.

1. Defendant A

(a) The business owner shall prohibit persons other than the workers concerned from having access, such as setting up a watch at a place where the premium carriage tool is likely to pose a risk to the workers in dipine;

Nevertheless, on May 27, 2015, the Defendant did not take measures to prohibit a person, other than the relevant workers, from entering the said place of business, by setting up a watch at the place where the two factories is installed.

(b) In order to prevent the falling risk of workers, the business owner shall install a safety rail on the open side of stairs the height of which is at least one meter;

Nevertheless, around May 27, 2015, the Defendant did not install a safety rail on the side of the two stairs (not less than 1m high) giving up the first floor of the 1-story PE in the above place of business.

(c)

The business owner shall install protective measures, such as safety railing, at a place where workers might fall down, as the end or opening of the work board and the passage.

Nevertheless, around May 27, 2015, the Defendant did not install protective measures, such as safety railing, at the same place of business around May 27, 2015.

(d)

The business owner shall install protective measures, such as safety railing, at a place where workers might fall down, as the end or opening of the work board and the passage.

Nevertheless, around May 27, 2015, the Defendant did not take preventive measures against the fall in the opening of the place where the two factories are installed at the above workplace.

(e) Business owners shall install muffs, etc. on the parts where workers are likely to face danger, such as the chain of machinery;

Nevertheless, around May 27, 2015, the Defendant was in the first factory in the above workplace.
