A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant got money from the victim E (28 years old) by forging a lease contract as if there is a security deposit in the “D” shopping mall leased and operated by the Defendant from C.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On November 17, 2014, the Defendant parked the Defendant’s boarding car on the nearby viewing road located in Ansan-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si and entered the Defendant’s front line of real estate in the indication column of real estate by using a tamplock in the paper of the real estate lease agreement purchased in the door-gu-gu-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-type residential area-type 1 of building structure and use-type 29.25 square meters. The Defendant stated in the content column of the contract as “one hundred million won-day-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-Dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-type.”

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged one copy of the real estate lease contract in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

B. On November 18, 2014, the Defendant indicated “F, 172.04 square meters of land size, 172.04 square meters of building structure and use, 29.52 square meters of building size,” in the column of the content of the contract, the Defendant indicated “F, 172.04 square meters of land size, 172.04 square meters of land size, 29.52 square meters of building size” as “the daily amount of deposit, KRW 1 million of rent, KRW 60 million of rent, May 18, 2013, and KRW 60 months from May 18, 2013” in the column of the content of the contract, and indicated “Lessee A” outside the column of the special agreement.
