1. On July 29, 2013, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) on the paper of “multi-household housing monthly contract” at the office of an officially certified broker office of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant entered that “multi-household housing monthly contract” is “201,” “this million won is fixed in the deposit column; (b) million won is fixed in the deposit column; and (c) in the remainder column, “one million won is fixed; and (d)” in the lessee column, the lessee’s seal was affixed to “Seoul Metropolitan Government Zine No. 210, KB, K, and KD”.

For the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged one copy of the monthly rent contract for multi-household housing in the name of KR, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant filed an application for a loan of KRW 135 million at the NA branch office in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Seoul, for a loan of KRW 1135 million at the 1136,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.

3. The Defendant filed an application for a loan with the victim 136, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Seoul, for a loan to the employees of the lending system in Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and through DX as collateral, for the “Seoul, Eunpyeong-gu, Zlet 201” owned by the Defendant, at the time of the day indicated in paragraph 2, and the Defendant applied for a loan with the amount of KRW 130 million,00,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000, if the above deposit was merely 20,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 135 million won from the victim to the account in the name of DX on the same day under the pretext of the above loan.
