The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol on October 18, 2013 at around 22:17, the blood alcohol concentration of 0.169% (the result of measurement) is driving a vehicle of approximately 2 km from the front of the D elementary school to the front of the E from the D elementary school located in Gangwon-si C to the front of the E.
