Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a ESFM car.

On December 25, 2012, the defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death and Injury caused by Dworka) followed the victim C(56 years old) driver's vehicle moving ahead of the same direction toward the one-lane side of the projected Do road in front of the projected Dob-dong in Gangnam-si, Gangwon-si, in the condition that normal driving of the said vehicle is difficult due to drinking at around 00:09.

B.
