Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who serves in the single speculative securities.

On May 15, 2014, at around 22:27, the Defendant driven a distance of approximately 25 km in front of the old 377 km in front of the vice council center located in the Yolcheon-si, Gangwon-si, Gangwon-do, with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.142% (the result of measurement).
