Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the Dong representative of B apartment house in Southyang-si, and C is the representative of the above apartment house, and D and E are the Dong representative of the above apartment house, and the defendant, D and E decided to dismiss C at the representative meeting of occupants of the apartment house in this case, and conspired to prepare documents in their name by selecting the representative of temporary occupants.

1. Joint crimes with the defendant D;

A. On November 19, 2015, the Defendant passed a resolution to request the removal of C from the office of the representative meeting of occupants of the instant apartment building at the representative meeting of occupants, and the title “receiving the meeting minutes of the representative meeting of occupants” which was formulated in advance, and “(Omission)”

Accordingly, the defendant is related to rights and duties for the purpose of exercising them in collusion with D.
