Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

The Defendants did not pay the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

B is a person who has served as the chairperson of the resident representative council in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, and the defendant A was a person who has served as the representative of the above apartment 203 dong, 204 Dong dong.

Although the Defendants received a request for dismissal from occupants on August 2017, and the Defendants’ duties were suspended from September 29, 2017, which was the date of the public announcement of the dismissal voting pursuant to the above apartment management regulations, from September 19, 2017 to September 29, 2017, the date of the public announcement of the dismissal voting, according to the above apartment management regulations, the above D apartment management office around September 22, 2017, referred to as “(E)” in the above D apartment management office as follows: (i) management staff members: (ii) education and personnel management thoroughly; and (iii) management staff members of the E apartment management office of the E company belonging to the E company, and thus, (iv) management of the management department is considered as follows.

(A) On September 22, 2017, the document stating the F (State) representative director was prepared, and Defendant B entered his name in the representative column and Defendant A signed in the same representative column, and then sent the document to F-related persons at that time.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendants drafted a private document on fact-finding by gathering the names of the president and the Dong representative of each occupant's representative meeting, and exercised it.
