1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
A. Part 1, 2, 3, 4, 1 of the attached Form No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 1 on the ground of 77m2 in Yeongi-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On September 1, 201, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on a monthly rent of KRW 1,200,000 (excluding value-added tax), and the period from September 1, 201 to September 1, 201, with respect to the facility for the elderly in the light steel frame and its site, which connects each point of KRW 1,2,3,4, and 1 of the attached Form on the ground of KRW 777 square meters with the Defendant, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Cheongju-gu, Seoul, and the respective points of Section 1,2,3,4, and 1 of the attached Form (A).
B. Since then, the lease agreement was extended by implied renewal, the Defendant possessed until now, and the monthly rent was increased by KRW 1,500,000 (value-added tax separate) around October 2016.
C. From February 2016, the Defendant began to delay the rent, and delayed the rent of KRW 23,850,00 as shown in the separate sheet.
D. On December 18, 2017, the Plaintiff notified the termination of the lease agreement by content-certified mail.
E. The Defendant, without any title, has constructed and used an unauthorized building in the annexed sheet (b) and (c) without any title.
F. On April 25, 2018, the Defendant remitted KRW 18,900,000 among the closed rent.

2. According to the above facts of recognition, the lease contract between the plaintiff and the defendant was lawfully terminated by the defendant's notice of termination on the ground of not less than two years of arrears.
As such, the defendant is the plaintiff as the restoration.
(a) move out from the facility for the elderly in the light steel framed located in the ship, which connects each point of 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 in the attached Form No. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 on the ground of Cheongju-si C and 77m2;
(b) remove 17.766 square meters of the warehouse of the assembly-type panel with each point of section 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 of the annexed drawing indication (B), and 23.25 square meters of the warehouse of the assembly-type panel with each point of section 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 of the annexed drawing indication (C), and deliver the above land;
C. As the Plaintiff seeks, the unpaid rent of KRW 3,850,000 incurred until December 18, 2017 and the same from December 19, 2017.
