A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On November 2015, the Defendant: (a) issued KRW 1,200,00 to F and traded 3.1g gramphones by means of sending approximately KRW 3.1g gramphones to F in Guro-gu Seoul, Guro-gu, Seoul.

B. The Defendant administered approximately 0.05g of philophones purchased in the same time and place as referred to in the preceding paragraph, and in the same way as the Defendant injected them into the Defendant’s arms, melting them in water.

On January 23, 2016, the Defendant injected approximately 0.2g of philophones purchased as set forth in paragraph 1(b) at the home of the Defendant located in Am. G in Am. Am., and injected them by means of melting water into the Defendant’s arms.

(d)

On January 26, 2016, the Defendant injected approximately 0.2g of philophones purchased as set forth in paragraph 1(b) at the residence of the Defendant, such as the preceding paragraph of the P.M., and administered them in a way of injecting them into the Defendant’s arms after being melted in water.

2. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On November 2015, the Defendant smoked marijuana in the way of smoking by inserting approximately 0.5g of marijuana pipe in a tobacco pipe in the south-gu H, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Namcheon-gu.

B. On January 23, 2016, the Defendant smoked about 0.5g of marijuana in the Defendant’s house located in Am. in Am., and in the same manner as in the preceding paragraph.

(c)

On January 26, 2016, the Defendant smoked about 0.5 grams at the home of the Defendant, such as the preceding paragraph, and in the same manner as in the preceding paragraph.

(d)

On January 28, 2016, around 13:25, the Defendant kept approximately 16.25g of marijuana in the Lcar 2 car parked in front of the south-gu, Nam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul, by inserting approximately 16.25g of the hemp on the street in front of the Chinese house.

E. On October 2015, the Defendant kept approximately 1,140 grams of marijuana taken from the first, first, first, and second, in the Defendant’s house located in Ansan City from January 28, 2016 until January 16:00.
