1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 96,90,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 1, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

On March 19, 2015, the Plaintiff was awarded a contract with the Defendant for construction costs of KRW 196,90,000,00 (including value-added tax) in total for the production of a gold tank and the installation of a ducting tank from the Defendant on or around March 19, 2016, and the Defendant paid the Plaintiff a total of KRW 100,00,000,00 to the said construction cost by June 20, 2016 may be recognized by taking into account all the arguments in subparagraphs 1 through 4, and 1, 2, and 3 as a whole.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum from July 1, 2016 to the date of complete payment, which is obvious from the date following the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order, to the date of complete payment, as the construction cost unpaid to the Plaintiff and after the date of completion thereof.
