1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 22,60,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from December 24, 2014 to the date of full payment.

1. Around July 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant for the repair work of Pyeongtaek-si multi-household housing in the amount of KRW 7.6 million for the construction work, and completed the said construction work by being awarded a contract with the Defendant for the construction work of multi-household housing in the said district in the amount of KRW 19 million for the construction work around October 2013.

Around August 2014, the Defendant, while paying only KRW 4 million out of the construction price as above, drafted a letter of undertaking to pay the remainder KRW 22.6 million up to August 31, 2014 to the Plaintiff.

Therefore, based on the above Declaration, 200,000 won and damages for delay are claimed.
